• The monthly issues of Prathmik Shikshan Saravani, the magazine for DPEP functionaries and primary teachers of the project districts, is regularly being published from State Project Office. This in-house magazine has reached circulation of 10,000 copies per month. It is sent to all the schools in project districts as well as CRC Co-ordinators, DIETS and DPEOs of all non-DPEP districts in Gujarat. All the DIETs and DPEOs in the state are also supplied with the copies of the magazine.

• The progress report for the IXth Joint Review Mission was prepared at the State Project Office. The comprehensive report with colour photographs and glossy, art- cover pages was also an in-house production.

• The document on community mobilization in Dist. Banaskantha was published in Gujarati, which was released by the Hon’able members of IXth JRM. The English version of the document was also prepared at the State Project Office. The Gujarati version of the document is supplied to all the primary schools of Banaskantha, Pachmahals and Dangs.

• A video-film on Rajput-Mahila Sammelan and Rabari Mahila Sammelan organised in Banaskantha, was prepared by the State Project Office in technical collaboration with GIET, Ahmedabad. This video film was aired during the teleconference on community mobilization on June 4,99.

• Major events, seminars and workshops were projected through newspapers and Door Darshan.
